A good example of a moral defeat would be the Winter War, where Soviet Russia did win that conflict eventually, but Finland won the moral victory that got the praise from Western countries, including Germany.

However, the Abomination of Desolation and the rogue dictators will team up to fight against the King of Kings. The end result will be the Beast and the False Prophet thrown into the Lake of Hellfire, while the remaining tyrants and their legions get obliterated. As for those who had been slaughtered or taken prisoner by these tyrannical dictators, their moral victory will be greatly rewarded by the King of Kings because the surviving prisoners chose to repent while in prison.
