Characters wielding Old School RuneScape Mithril Warhammers featured from left to right starting with the top row:

Row 1: Amy Rose (Sonic), Lip (Panel de Pon), Yoshi (Super Mario), Red Yoshi (Super Mario), Blue Yoshi (Super Mario), Yellow Yoshi (Super Mario).

Row 2: Hat Kid (A Hat in Time), Suchie-Pai (Suchie-Pai), Rit (Rod Land, Soldam), Klonoa (Klonoa), Toon Link (The Legend of Zelda), Ryo Sakazaki (The King of Fighters XV Attire) (The King of Fighters).

Row 3: Garfield (Garfield), Edd (Ed Edd N Eddy), Gilius Thunderhead (Golden Axe), Tyris Flare (Golden Axe), Ax Battler (Golden Axe), Simon Belmont (As he appeared in Captain N: The Game Master) (Castlevania).

Row 4: RED Soldier (Team Fortress 2), BLU Soldier (Team Fortress 2), Dirk the Daring (Dragon's Lair), Spelunker (Spelunker), Wynn (Mystery of Atlantis), Lemming (Lemmings).

Yet another comic where characters wielding Old School RuneScape weapons are rising up in united arms against the injustices plaguing the Earth? Looks like justice know no boundaries...

Namco X Gundam

With the release of the Gundam Breaker 4 Pac-Man Collaboration Update, it would make more sense for Bandai Namco characters to become Gundam pilots. There are many Namco characters who would make great Gundam pilots, but Pac-Man, Klonoa and Steve Fox are probably the only Namco characters who are eligible to become Gundam pilots.

Then again, if Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 2 can have Lars Alexandersson from Tekken as a playable character, I don't see any reason why the Gundam series games do not include Steve Fox from Tekken as a possible Gundam pilot.

Hammer Axes United

Characters wielding hammer axes, from left to right: Ax Battler (Golden Axe), Tyris Flare (Golden Axe), Wynn (Mystery of Atlantis), Klonoa (Klonoa), Lemming (Lemmings).

Yes, hammer axes do exist as actual weapons. Not only in fantasy fiction, but also in real life as well.

Remember when I came up with comics where people rise up in united arms against injustice? Well, I'm back with a new comic where people rise up in united arms against injustice.

Dragon Longswords United

Characters wielding Old School RuneScape Dragon Longswords featured from left to right starting with the top row:

Row 1: Sakura Kinomoto (Crystal Feather Dress) (Cardcaptor Sakura), Ling Xiaoyu (Tekken), Lemming (Lemmings), Dirk the Daring (Dragon's Lair), Rit (Rod Land, Soldam).

Row 2: Tyris Flare (Golden Axe), Lip (Panel de Pon), Nessa (Pokemon Sword and Shield), Akira Yuki (Virtua Fighter 5 Attire) (Virtua Fighter), Ryo Sakazaki (The King of Fighters XV Attire) (The King of Fighters).

Row 3: Ripple (Magical Chase), Suchie-Pai (Suchie-Pai), Ptolemy (The Fairyland Story), Klonoa (Klonoa), Wynn (Mystery of Atlantis).

This comic was made to make certain characters look awesome if they wielded RuneScape's Dragon Longswords. Also, the characters featured in this comic need to rise up in united arms against the injustices plaguing the Earth. Perhaps the Earth would have been a better place by now if we had taken any action against the injustices tormenting the Earth a few decades ago...

Video Game Television

Credits to Norwegian RuneScape YouTuber Will Miss It for the idea for this comic.

If only there were better television shows based on video games, then only we would stop taking our TV shows for granted, including TV shows based on video games.

Here are some good TV shows based on video games that do not exist but we wished they existed:

Breaking Bubsy
Based on: Breaking Bad

Bubsy struggles to survive in a society that totally dislikes him while everyone makes his life miserable.

Everybody Hates Bubsy
Based on: Everybody Hates Chris

Similar to Breaking Bubsy, but with people who dislike Bubsy out to get him dead.

Kusoge Kombat
Based on: The Mortal Kombat cartoon

Kusoge game characters such as Wynn from Mystery of Atlantis, Gonbe and Tago from Ikki, and Spelunker, fight to the bitter end against each other for their personal survival.

So You Think You Can Fight
Based on: So You Think You Can Dance

Basically a combat-themed version of So You Think You Can Dance. Contestants have to beat up various objects such as a sandbag.

The Kloffice
Based on: The Office

Let's face it. The Kloffice will be the closest thing Klonoa will ever have to having a white-collar job, and Isabelle from Animal Crossing could just be one of his co-workers.

Last Noob Standing
Based on: Last Man Standing

The weakest characters in video game history battle each other to the death. In this case, Dan Hibiki from Street Fighter emerged victorious with Bubsy and a RuneScape Noob laying dead on the floor. Enjoy your moment of victory while you can, Dan Hibiki. You will still be considered very low in the Street Fighter character rankings list.

Whose Ability Is It Anyway
Based on: Whose Line Is It Anyway

Whose Line Is It Anyway features multiple different games performed by the performers. One of the games performed by the performers is Foreign Film Dub. In video games, cutscenes are basically the equivalent of film, which is why Foreign Cutscene Dub is one of the games performed in Whose Ability Is It Anyway.

Lemmings Invasion
Based on: Rabbids Invasion

While Rabbids Invasion revolves around the Rabbids coming to our society, Lemmings Invasion revolves around the Lemmings coming to our society. At least the Lemmings will be better than the Rabbids, assuming the Lemmings do not self-destruct...

Mii Vs Food
Based on: Man Vs Food

A Mii wearing a chef hat arms himself with a kitchen knife to slice his way through various food-based enemies, including Mr Hot Dog, Mr Egg and Mr Pickle from BurgerTime.

The Browser Wars

This show is all about Internet web browsers fighting a long war against each other. The various browsers warring against each other include Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome.

Super Smash Bros Supercade Smackdown
Based on: Saturday Supercade

Remember Saturday Supercade? Well, imagine if Super Smash Bros had a TV series, it would aim to relive the glory days of Saturday Supercade. This is a show we would definitely watch.

Please be mindful that this comic was designed before Microsoft announced the end of support for Internet Explorer.

The War for the Final DLC Slot

Now that Tekken's Kazuya has taken the penultimate Fighters Pass Volume 2 character slot, one question remains. Who will the final
Fighters Pass Volume 2 character be? And no, Sakurai is not telling who it will be during his presentation on Kazuya Mishima.

However, here are my eight candidates for the final Fighters Pass Volume 2 character, and six of them, including honorable mention Dirk the Daring, were from my Fighters Pass Volume 2 candidates comic. All they need to do now is to get into a huge all-out war for the final Fighters Pass Volume 2 character slot and we will finally be done and over with Super Smash Bros Ultimate's DLC so that we can prepare for an even bigger war to come.

Update: Sora from Kingdom Hearts qualified for Super Smash Bros Ultimate, meaning none of the characters in this comic will be in Super Smash Bros Ultimate.

Farewell to old friends

Author's Note: This comic was conceived in response to Sony announcing the PlayStation 4 on the 20th of February, 2013. Time constraints mean that by the time this comic was completed, the PlayStation 4 was already available on retail for several years, while the PlayStation 3 is no longer in production. Now that Sony announced the PlayStation 5, this comic will be for commemorating Sony's PlayStation 5 announcement as well as the 25th anniversary of the original Sony PlayStation in all regions outside Japan.

For those wondering why Klonoa is the character saying his farewells to the PlayStation consoles in this comic, that's because the Klonoa series began on the PlayStation, and Klonoa was a prominent Namco character during the PlayStation 2 era. The dates in the first two panels are references to the discontinuation of the production of the PS1 in 2006 and the PS2 on the 4th of January, 2013. As for Klonoa frowning on the PS3 in the last two panels, it's not because the PS3 has no Klonoa titles, but the PS4 is not backwards compatible with its predecessors. Note that Klonoa is holding a PS3 Slim in the last two panels, and the date on the third panel is a reference to the day the PS4 was announced.

The PlayStation 5 will be backward compatible with most PS4 titles, but it will not be backward compatible with any game from the PS1, PS2 or PS3. Therefore, expect Klonoa to shun the PS5 for being backward compatible with the PS4 only, and totally leaving out the PS3, PS2 and PS1.

Fighters Pass Volume 2 Potential Candidates

Author's Note: These characters are my pick for Super Smash Bros Ultimate's Fighters Pass Volume 2. For those wondering why are Fighters Pass outsiders being considered for DLC, that's because Piranha Plant is currently the only DLC character who is not part of the Fighters Pass Volume 1 DLC package, as well as the fact that there will be more DLC characters after the completion of Fighters Pass Volume 1.

Given that Bandai Namco is currenty the lead development studio in Smash Bros production, Klonoa will have higher priority over the other five characters in Fighters Pass Volume 2, although his Wind Bullet would cause problems regarding character inflation.

In regards to Arle, she will be a far better Sega representative than Sonic and Bayonetta combined, especially when Puyo Puyo is the only Sega franchise doing better than Sonic.

Similar to how Terry Bogard from Fatal Fury and The King of Fighters brought in music from various SNK games, including those from Metal Slug into Smash Bros, Rit from Rod Land and Soldam would introduce Jaleco music to Smash Bros.

Just like Byleth from Fire Emblem: Three Houses, Lana from Hyrule Warriors came from another Koei Tecmo-developed game. However, I will expect her trailer to be received with more positive reception than Byleth's trailer.

Contra's Bill Rizer would be very unlikely, despite the popularity of Contra and the Konami Code on Nintendo consoles, because Masahiro Sakurai does not want any realistic guns in Smash Bros.

And finally, Sir Arthur will be yet another unlikely character because his armour break mechanic will complicate the gameplay mechanics, and being reduced to a pile of bones will be too disturbing for younger audiences.

Update 1: The first Fighters Pass Volume 2 character is confirmed to be Min Min from ARMS, so one of these six characters will not make the cut, and it's most likely the one with the realistic guns.

Update 2: Steve from Minecraft, along with Alex, a Zombie and an Enderman, are filling the second Fighters Pass Volume 2 slot, meaning another candidate will not make the cut.

Update 3: Cloud's arch-rival Sephiroth has been confirmed to be the third character in Fighters Pass Volume 2. This means yet another character will not make the cut.

Update 4: Pyra and Mythra have booked their spots, and Sir Arthur's armour is a Mii Swordfighter costume. Surprisingly enough, it does not break apart unlike the armours in the Ghosts'n Goblins series.

Update 5: Heihachi Mishima's son Kazuya is going to represent Tekken in Super Smash Bros Ultimate. In my honest opinion, the second Bandai Namco rep should have been Klonoa.

Update 6: Sora from Kingdom Hearts is the final Fighters Pass character, meaning the leakers' claims that Sora was going to get that final slot were right all along. This means none of Neo Retro Union's candidates for Super Smash Bros Ultimate's DLC character slots qualified at all...

Klonoa © Bandai Namco. Arle © Sega. Rit © City Connection (Because they currently own the rights to Jaleco's Franchises). Lana © Nintendo. Bill Rizer © Konami. Sir Arthur © Capcom.
