Fun Fact: The NEC PC-FX appears in the NEC PC-FX game Comic Road, where you can actually purchase an NEC PC-FX console in the game.
The NEC PC-FX has made just one cameo appearance in the PC-FX exclusive title Comic Road. Other than that, the PC-FX did not make any cameos in any of the other PC-FX games. Then again, there are some video game consoles that did not make a cameo in any game at all, especially when it's any Atari console that's not the Atari 2600. No wonder Atari had fallen by the wayside. Even forgotten Japan-only consoles such as the PC-FX could make a cameo appearance in one of its exclusive titles while the Atari Jaguar did not make any cameos in any Atari games at all. Looks like NEC is in a way better than Atari.
Now all we need to do is to identify who now owns the intellectual property rights to Comic Road after NEC officially exited video games altogether...
