1955 Le Mans Tragedy 70 Years On

Author's Note: This comic pays homage to the cover of the September 1955 issue of the Road & Track motoring magazine, with the 1955 Le Mans Tragedy being the main feature in that particular issue. The Mercedes-Benz logo on the red arrow symbolizes Pierre Levegh's Mercedes-Benz 300 SLR, while the 84 coffins on the blue stripe represents the 84 people who died in the 1955 Le Mans Tragedy, including Pierre Levegh.

It's been 70 years since the worst automobile accident in history. The 1955 Le Mans Tragedy claimed the lives of Pierre Levegh and 83 spectators. As a result, circuit racing was prohibited in Switzerland until 2022, while Mercedes-Benz went into self-imposed exile from Formula 1 until 2010. The most depressing part is that this tragedy was never even turned into a "Seconds from Disaster" episode. If it was, it would have given motoring accidents more attention.

The Canard Fighters of 2000 and Beyond

Currently, there are three types of canard fighter jets in active service with any country's air force. All of them are of European origin, and all of them are in the Daisenryaku series of video games. They are the British-German-Italian-Spanish Eurofighter Typhoon, the French Rafale and the Swedish Gripen.

The Eurofighter Typhoon was the third British fighter jet developed in conjunction with other countries. The other two being the SEPECAT Jaguar (UK/France) and the Panavia Tornado (UK/Germany/Italy). It saw no combat service until the Libyan Civil War of 2011.

The Dassault Rafale was originally conceived to complement the Mirage 2000, which is why these two fighter jets are a common sight during Bastille Day. Like the Eurofighter Typhoon, the Rafale did not see combat until the Libyan Civil War of 2011.

The Saab JAS 39 Gripen was originally conceived to be the Saab 37 Viggen's successor. Like the Viggen, the Gripen is a delta wing fighter jet with canards. Unlike the Eurofighter or the Rafale, the Gripen has yet to see any combat whatsoever because none of the Gripen's operators are currently involved in any hostilities for now.

Serious Repercussions

In defense of John Bull, a Great False Church made England burn Joan of Arc to death in the first place.

If there was anything that will make John Bull and Marianne argue with each other, it would have been the inquiry on the death of Joan of Arc. The official inquiries are still divided over who's responsible for her death. France says that England should apologize for executing Joan of Arc, while England denies such accusations as libel and insists that a Great False Church made them execute her in the first place. At the end of the day, that Great False Church will get judged by Christ's Second Coming, essentially giving Joan of Arc justice and acquitting England of the war crime of burning her to death.

Too Late for the Cold War

Some Allied military hardware that were conceived during the Cold War entered service after the Cold War ended when Russia threw in the towel after the Soviet Union collapsed. Here are just seven military vehicles of the Allied Nations that entered military service after the Cold War ended in 1991.

If there was anything Britain's Challenger 2, France's Leclerc and Italy's C1 Ariete main battle tanks (MBTs) have in common, it's being conceived during the Cold War only to enter service with their respective countries after the Cold War ended.

The Seawolf-class submarines of the United States Navy (USN) were conceived with the possibility of a Russo-American War in mind. However, problems during construction meant the commissioning of the first ship of the class was delayed until 1997. By then, Russia had already admitted defeat.

The first keel for Canada's Halifax-class frigates was laid down in 1987, but HMCS Halifax, the first ship in the class, was not commissioned until 1992, meaning the Halifax-class frigates arrived too late for the Cold War, which ended at the end of 1991.

Australia's Collins-class submarines were the result of proposals to replace the Oberon-class submarines in the Royal Australian Navy (RAN) in 1978. Like the American Seawolf-class submarines, the Collins-class submarines encountered construction problems as well. By the time HMAS Collins was commissioned, the Cold War was long over.

Taiwan's F-CK-1 Ching-kuo fighter jets had China as an opponent in mind when it had its first flight in 1989. When it entered service in 1992, the Cold War was already over by then, and China acknowledged that the Soviet Union had already collapsed, so technically, the F-CK-1 Ching-kuo fighter jets entered service after Russia threw in the towel.

Now with Russia, China and all their other battle buddies itching to go to war (Russia has already invaded Ukraine), these vehicles that arrived too late for the Cold War may just see real combat action (Challenger 2 tanks have fought in Iraq and are battling enemies in the war in Ukraine, while Leclerc tanks in UAE service have intervened in Yemen). Not to mention that all of these vehicles appear in the Daisenryaku series of military strategy video games.

Regulatory Imperialism

Nobody wants to hear this, but the real truth about the growing Internet censorship, be it the copyright takedowns or the European Union, Brazil and Australia calling for the censorship of X (formerly Twitter), is that Germany has imposed its will on the World Wide Web through mundane, boring legislation. It's called regulatory imperialism, and the European Union is weaponizing it. This is even more dangerous than the last time Germany plunged the world into a global conflict because the corrupt bureaucrats, their pawns and their allies will be screaming for your imprisonment for saying bad things about them online or just trying to defend free speech, Fair Use and freedom of creativity. It gets even worse when you learn that countries that are not part of the European Union such as Brazil, Japan, the United States of America, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia, have signed regulation treaties with the European Union, meaning the only way to do business with the European Union is to obey their regulations. This includes copyright regulations, which can explain all the copyright takedowns, whether they are unlawful or not.

In conclusion, we are indeed living in the twilight days of Internet freedom, and its all the fault of an undemocratic institution that cheated and lied to millions of Europeans, including the French and the Germans...

Maginot Line Overconfidence

Do you want to know why Germany achieved victory in the the Battle of France in 1940 in just 46 days? It was not because the Schlieffen Plan got remastered as the Manstein Plan, nor the successful breaching of the Maginot Line in the "Operation Tiger" offensive (Yes, Germany did try to breach the Maginot Line, and actually succeeded in doing so). The real truth about how Germany won the Battle of France in 1940 can be found in the book "The Strange Defeat" by Professor Marc Bloch. You might want to read it to understand how Germany vanquished a foe who could have inflicted 1 million German casualties. The author blames France's leadership during the interwar years for being unable to foresee German rearmament and goes on to say that France's leadership during the start of the war was disastrous. If all of this was true, then Germany's victory in the Battle of France was due to their opponents' lack of willpower, and not through brilliant tactics and strategies.

Medieval War Crimes

Let's face it. A Great False Church made France slaughter Cathars for heresy. Also, this Great False Church allowed a cash-strapped France to manipulate them so they can instruct France to declare war on the Order of the Knights Templar using accusations of heresy and France's financial difficulties as an excuse. As a result, Catharism and the Order of the Knights Templar have ceased to exist. However, this Great False Church is going to be judged for all their crimes against anyone who they think were heretics by a God who, despite being capable of forgiving even the worst of humanity, will severely punish this Great False Church. Once this great false church is judged harshly, the Knights Templar, the Cathars, and everyone else who had been wronged by the Great False Church, including God's True Church, will finally have the justice that has long eluded them.

Awakened by Revelation

For those wondering what Red vs Blue is, it is a popular machinima series based on Microsoft's Halo series made by Rooster Teeth. In fact, this machinima series was officially endorsed by Microsoft.

What if it turns out that France, the Benelux nations, and the Scandinavian countries turned out to be distant descendants of the lost tribes of northern Israel? This could be the biggest plot twist that those studying Bible prophecy should be aware of, because for all we know, France could be the lost tribe of Reuben, the Netherlands, the lost tribe of Zebulun, and Sweden, the lost tribe of Naphtali. Another major plot twist to watch out for is that the clay part of the iron and clay feet of the statue of Daniel 2 represents the European nations founded by the ten lost tribes of northern Israel. In fact, some of these European countries, including France, Netherlands, and Sweden, are members of the European Union, which was born out of the ratification of the Treaty of Rome, and Rome was the seat of power of a great false church that disapproves of anyone who questions their authority, much like the Roman Empire that persecuted the Christianity of the early Apostles. Also, the European Union, like the Roman Empire, is being run by corrupt bureaucrats that dislike freedom, if the European Union's Digital Services Act being internet censorship made by Germany is any indication. If corrupt bureaucrats working for a shadow government that has always been Germany's true rulers being in league with a great false church results in the resurrected Roman Empire carrying out one last attempt to conquer the world, then France, Netherlands and Sweden have indeed been tricked, backstabbed and bamboozled.

However, God is going to ensure that the nations descended from the lost tribes of northern Israel, as well as the lineage of Judah, will exit the Babylonian system that the European Union tries to uphold. In Revelation 18:4, the biggest instruction is to exit Babylon, whether you are a descendant of Judah, or any of the northern Israelite tribes, or even a Gentile. Escape from the Babylonian system while you still can, because when the Doomsday Clock hits Zero Hour, extremely bad things will happen. But all of these calamities will end with the demise of the Babylonian system that began with the Tower of Babel because Christ will come back to prevent mankind's extinction by demolishing the Babylonian system and locking up the Evil One in the bottomless pit for 1000 Anno Mundi years. Only then will all of humanity, be they descendants of the Israelite tribes or Gentiles, be free from the wickedness that have caused a lot of suffering.

Turmoil in France

If you have been reading about what is happening in France, you would have been aware that a teenager was shot dead by a police officer just because he did not have a proper license to drive an automobile. Despite the police officer apologizing to the dead teenager's family, riots broke out and the rioters are not backing down. This, in addition to protests over a pension dispute, could bring about the end of the three values of liberty, equality and fraternity that have defined France for more than 200 years.

Looks like dark times are ahead for France, which had been a great power during the Middle Ages, the Colonial Era, in the Daisenryaku video game series, and in World Cup soccer.
