Cheapest Sell-off in history

Imagine a good deal involving buying a video game studio which has a rich history spanning more than twenty years for ¥1. It would have been possible for anyone, including an indie game studio to purchase Jaleco Ltd from Emcom Holdings if they had even heard about such a sale with an extremely low selling price.

Unfortunately for Game Yarou, by acquiring Jaleco, they had also acquired ¥700000000 in debts as well, which may have possibly caused Game Yarou to file for bankruptcy in 2014, five years after purchasing Jaleco from Emcom Holdings. With Game Yarou's bankruptcy, Jaleco closed its doors for good after nearly forty years in the amusement and video game industry. As for Jaleco's intellectual properties, they ended up under the ownership of City Connection, an indie game studio named after one of Jaleco's games, which was probably founded by former Jaleco employees.

Sports that should have been

These sports should probably be added into the Olympic Games starting from Tokyo 2020 onwards, if that is, these fusions of certain events in existing sports would work in practice.

Maybe these fusion sports will be accepted in the Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games series, and hopefully, there will be Zelda and Puyo Puyo guest stars in the Tokyo 2020 edition game. So please, add Arle from Puyo Puyo into the Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games series, Sega, even if Nintendo is the current publisher of future titles in the Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games series.

Here is a picture of Arle in her gymnastics and swimming attire that I drew:

That was why I made her the girl featured in this comic featuring new variations of the diving sport featured in official aquatics tournaments, in which the springboard was substituted for elements from gymnastics and pole vault. For those wondering why would someone wear gymnastics attire for water sports, the female characters in the Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games series were wearing their gymnastics costumes for swimming as well. In the case of a diver doing pole vaulting, it could be possibly due to the female athletics attire looking like swimwear, possibly because some of the shorts worn by the female athletes look like panties.

Issues aside, I think fusion sports will be the future of sports tournaments, if new sports need to be invented or current ones need a new variation.

Update: Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games Tokyo Edition has finally been released, but no Zelda or Puyo Puyo characters are featured in that game.

Rebooted

Author's note: This comic was created back in 2013 to usher in the launch of Sei Madou Monogatari, which was later launched outside Japan as Sorcery Saga: Curse of the Great Curry God. Also, there were no Octomania cameos in the game.

There was already a reboot of Madou Monogatari for the Sega Saturn. Unfortunately, like all of the titles in the series prior to the international release of Sorcery Saga: Curse of the Great Curry God, the Sega Saturn version of Madou Monogatari was never to leave Japan just like most of the games in Sega's Puyo Puyo series, which was a puzzle spin-off of the dungeon crawler series created by Compile. This means that Sorcery Saga: Curse of the Great Curry God is the first Madou Monogatari game to be released in the international market. Unlike the previous reboot, this entry in the series is a genuine reboot with brand new characters and a brand new story. Credits to Compile Heart on reviving a forgotten dungeon crawler that almost nobody has even heard of.
