The Italian Meatballs Vs Swedish Meatballs debate was clearly unnecessary. Both meatballs taste great. They're just served with different sauces, namely tomato-based pasta sauces for Italian Meatballs and beef gravy with lingonberry sauce and mashed potatoes for Swedish Meatballs. Therefore, the Internet should stop debating over which meatballs are better and admit that both are tasty in their own right.
