Can you believe that Runescape, sometimes spelled as RuneScape, is still around after 20 years? Imagine an online game that will be with us through both good times and bad. In fact, it has always been around before YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, MySpace and Friendster existed, and it was launched months before the launch dates of the original XBox and the GameCube. What's more, GeoCities was still up and running, and Windows XP was not even available yet when RuneScape came out. If you ever want to feel old, remember that RuneScape was launched on the 4th of January, 2001.
