If there was any reason Jenova made zero appearances in Wooden Plank Studios (including Patreon-exclusive bonus panels) by the time that webcomic had its final curtain call on 9 July 2024, it would have to be Jenova having no sentience whatsoever, unlike Kirby, Mystique, Master Hand, Crazy Hand, Polygon Man, Ultimecia, Kuja, the Chimera aliens from Sony's Resistance series, Tabuu and Galeem.
