You may have heard about the term "striking below the belt", which involves attacking opponents on the areas below the upper body. The term "striking below the belt" was invented to prevent boxers from violating the Marquis of Queensberry Rules, which states that boxers are only allowed to punch their opponents on the upper body or head. But what about "striking the belt"? No such term exists.
Clearly a sneak attack which involves slashing an opponent's belt to expose an opponent's undergarments is something you don't see in Dota 2 or any other MOBA games because it would have been far worse than hitting your opponents below the belt...
